Established in 2001, we specialize in Custom home and renovation design work. With over 20 years experience in the field, we will work with you to create a set of permit drawings that suit your needs and budget to bring new life to your old home.

Fully BCIN registered and insured, we can take on any Residential project in Ontario, from decks and sheds to 6000 s.f. custom homes. We provide permit drawings to many local contractors who come back time after time for the fast service and reasonable rates.

We serve the central Ontario region, with projects from Toronto to Gravenhurst, Guelph to Kingston, and as far away as Nova Scotia and Alberta

In addition to residential design, we provide drafting and detailing services with over 15 years experience in the Mechanical/Automation industries, electrical and mechanical/HVAC industries, and more. If it can be done in CAD, we've probably done it. Fully experienced in 2d and 3d AutoCAD work and rendering.
